Emergency Medical Response

  • Medically justified dispatch of Emergency Medical Response.

  • Emergency medical response for premature labour of up to 28 weeks / 7 months.

  • If not dispatched via the 0860 54 1234 Call Centre, the cost will be to the Member.

Roadside Assistance

  • Valid motor vehicle license required.

  • Tow-In Service to the nearest repair center or within a 20km in urban areas.

  • Tow-In Service to nearest repair center on National Roads. 

  • This service is available 3 times a year.

  • Free delivery of petrol, maximum 2 per year. 

  • All purchases of parts are at cost to the Member.

  • If not dispatched via the 0860 54 1234 Call Centre, the cost will be to the Member.

Funeral Cover

  • Documentation Required

    • Completed Claim Forms​

    • BI-1663 form page 1 and 2

    • Certified copy of deceased ID

    • Certified copy of Policy Holder's ID

    • Bank confirmation of Policy Holder's account

    • Certified copy of Beneficiary's ID

    • Bank confirmation of Beneficiary's account

  • Maximum entry of 64 years
